West Jordan Youth Soccer is thrilled to join forces once again with 7 Elite Pre-Academy for the 2024/2025 Season! This will allow 7 Elite's Pre-Academy to deliver training sessions to hundreds of new players for the upcoming season. The exciting partnership, now in its third year, will see players from WJYS train with 7 Elite Academy’s Pre-Academy coaches at weekly sessions to be held in West Jordan. 7 Elite Academy’s proven Pre-Academy and player development program introduces young people to soccer in a fun and safe environment. Our coaches are USSF and UEFA qualified.

In addition to the fantastic weekly training sessions Pre-Academy players will receive a 7 Elite Pre-Academy training top along with the option to play within our popular West Jordan Youth Soccer Recreation program. This option includes a WJYS kit package, a soccer ball and we will also be forming teams to play in the WJYS Recreational league for the 2024 Fall and 2025 Spring seasons. 

For the 2024-2025 season, the SLC Pre-Academy will divide the players into three groups, according to their birth year:

·         Pre-Academy 1:
-U5 & U6: 2020 & 2019

·         Pre-Academy 2:
-U7 & U8: 2018 & 2017
-U9 & U10: 2016 & 2015

Registration Process & Information

• Registering for the Full Season Option will include the following:
  • ALL 4 cycles of our training program [Summer, Fall, Winter & Spring]
  • This option WILL register you with WJYS if registered by June 17, 2023, and, also, includes Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 Rec League Play with WJYS, match play kit (Jersey , shorts, and socks), a soccer ball, a team photo (taken in the Spring session), and an end-of season gift.
  • ALSO includes and WILL register you for the Fall & Spring Seasons of Rec League Play with WJYS.
  • You MUST registered by June 17 to be guaranteed a spot on a 2023 Fall Rec team with WJYS. Any registrations coming in June 18 or later will only include a spot on a team for the 2024 Spring league with WJYS (cost will be adjusted).

  • ONE of the 4 cycles of our training program [Summer, Fall, Winter, or Spring]
  • DOES NOT include any Rec League Play with WJYS and WILL NOT register you with WJYS.

7 Elite Pre-Academy 1: U5’s – U6’s (2020 & 2019)

Program Cost

• $260 for the 2024-2025 Season
  • Four 7-week training cycles: 28 one-hour training sessions total
  • Seven Fall & seven Spring League games with West Jordan Youth Soccer: 14 matches total
    •  The option to register for Individual Cycle(s)/ 'A La Carte' is offered at $50 per individual cycle.
    • Registering for Individual Cycle(s) DOES NOT include any league play or registration with WJYS.

Season Format

• Four 7-week training cycles spanning August – May with 14 WJYS League Matches
  • One training session per week (Mon 4:30-5:30)
    • Summer: August – October
      • West Jordan Youth Soccer Fall League (August-October) ONLY if registered by June 17
    • Fall: October – November
    • Mid-Season Break: December & January
    • Winter: January – March (Saturday 9-10AM)
    • Spring: April – May 8
      • West Jordan Youth Soccer Spring League (April/May)

• $410 for the 2024-2025 Season
  • Four 7-week training cycles: 56 one-hour training sessions total
  • Spring & Fall League with West Jordan Youth Soccer: 14 matches total
    • The option to register for Individual Cycle(s) 'A La Carte' is offered at $90 per individual cycle
    • Register for Individual Cycle(s) DOES NOT include any league play or registration with WJYS.

Season Format

• Four 7-week training cycles spanning August – May with 14 WJYS League Matches
  • Two training sessions per week (Monday 5:30 PM-6:30 PM and Tuesday 4:30PM-5:30 PM)
    • Summer: August – October

    • Winter: January – March (Saturday 10AM-11AM & Tuesday 4:30PM -5:30PM)
